The wind has died down but it is thick with fog in New York City.
Hey, at least the hour of lost sleep brings Opening Day that much closer…

today is all about Sopranos DVD's and McDonald's breakfast
avoid McDonald's, unless you live in frontierland. even us woodchucks in VT can find a place with food other than granola. as for Tony, check out Coen's, The Man Who Wasn't There.
I am going for a walk by the Lake. 41 and gloomy. Nothing wrong with that.
and a good day to you sir
Frontierland? Anyway, 55 and full sun all day here in Reno, so off to see how far up the mounain I can ride before I hit snow.
My back yard (a somewhat misleading term) is under two inches of water. It always gets wet this time of year, but never like this. I wonder if this means I'm a Swamp Yankee?
My soccer game was canceled, but the rain is down to a drizzle now so I'm going to spend some time outside.
Everyone should read yesterday's Daily News piece, on how Mo became Mo. (Thanks to RAB.)
With all the thrashed umbrellas sticking out of trash cans and on the sidewalk like tiny broken dragons, NYC must be running out.
Upper 30s, but the rain & wind have stopped (still cloudy). Supersaturated ground, but at least it wasn't snow. Plus the Yankees are on MLBN.
[5] thank you so much for sharing that. i thoroughly enjoyed that read. and photo #22 in the gallery, is really terrific!
