Taster’s Cherce

I can’t live without salad. Crave it more than chocolate. When I was growing up, we had to help my mom make dinner or clear the table and wash the dishes. Cooking was always more appealing and we usually had a salad every night so I became the salad guy (although my brother’s got salade skills too).

Hmmm, what’ll I have fer lunch?

I'm a huge fan of the salad too! Not sure what kind of dressing dude you are but if you like the Japanese/Sesame Ginger types, try Makoto brand - seriously tasty!

Today though - it's a leftover breaded chicken cutlet that I made for dinner last night with some rice on the side. Also mixed up some teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and dijon mustard to make a nice little dipping sauce for it.

Sunday dinner was all about having your salad AFTER the main course

been making a warm kale salad lately. teriyaki, lemon and dijon! sauce (how bout that) then when you cook the kale, do it in smoking oil with near charred garlic. toss it all together, some shredded carrot or raisins or something for the sweet. Man o man. Also AB turned me on to the apple cider + sugar kind of thai? dressing.

Come on kids. siddown and eat. It's yummers.

That is either a stampede or avalanche of fresh veggies. Yummy.
