"A New York Treasure" --Village Voice

Sore Winner

Let me get this straight, David Ortiz Cadillac’s a home run and tells Joe Girardi to “take it like a man” when the Yankee manager doesn’t care for the theatrics. Then, after getting drilled last night, Ortiz blames the press.

Reminds me of this:

Right now, everything about Ortiz is infuriating

I care less about Ortiz and more about bad pitching, bad hitting, bad catching, bad baserunning. And A.J. should have beaned him the night before. Yeash.

Never thought I'd see the day that Ortiz acted like a typical Red Sock douche.

[4] Same here.
Let Ortiz' showboating and whining be their own punishment. The Yankees (and their fans) have plenty of their own stuff to worry about.

6) yeah but Ortiz's whining is worth noting. Showboating is one thing, he's always done that. but being a whiny bitch? Most un-Papi wouldn't you say?
Even a Yankee team that's playing like shit can acknowledge that, I think.

Right I mean it's not like there's a limit on how many topics can be addressed. I'm confident we have the ability to curse Ortiz AND bemoan the Yankees general shittiness.

Robinson Cano is killing my soul, by the way.
