I think Larson has a real comic genius. Wouldn't have worked in any other medium either. Man, it's amazing he was so good for so long.

[2] That's a very good point - there are few clunkers in the Larson catalog. As a comic, in some ways Larson reminds me of Stephen Wright. There's no set-up followed by punchline, but instead a quick moment that acts as both.
