Doesn't look like it's happening, according to Andrew Marchand on E@#$ Radio. Phillies likely tried to stick em up for high prospects like they tried to do to the Red Sox regarding Cliff Lee. If that's true and nothing went down, where does that put Cashman, Ben Cherington and Ruben Amaro Jr. on the previously discussed spectrum?
