If this team falls well under .500 before the reading deadline, they should be sellers by then. There's no reason to believe good pitching will propel them to a playoff spot unless that good pitching consistently produces shutouts. They could have been well over .500 if the bats were hitting to expectations, but hey... If the O doesn't make a dramatic comeback by the break, what makes anyone think it will at all?
