The good news is that Brendan Ryan pitched 2 scoreless innings last night. The bad news is that he was the Yankees’ best pitcher.
Our boys got stomped, 15-1.
Make matters worse, the Rangers spit the bit in the 9th inning and the Jays came back and beat them.
Yanks a full game out of first.

Let's not discuss last night.
I was watching former Yankee farmhand David Adams go 1-4 against the Barons last night, so I didn't watch the Yanks. I checked the game on my app and, seeing it was 9-0 knew it was time to close said app.
I guess Chris Capuano is back on the DFA Train this morning as it pulls out of the station for the 4th time (Is that right?) this month. Reminds me of a reworked Dead tune:
First thing I remember knowing was that lonesome whistle blowing
And a young pitcher's dream of serving up runs with pride
On a freight train leaving town, not knowing where I'm bound
No-one could change Girardi's mind but Cashman tried.
[2] "I turned 24 in Scranton, not knowin' where I'm bound..."
[4] Haha love it.
