Seamus, it's a new option on mlb.tv. You can pick which audio you want -- either team's tv feed, either team's radio feed, and sometimes a Spanish option too.

I've never tried mlb.tv on an iPad. But I don't mind having it run on my laptop in background, while I have other stuff going. (Like Bronx Banter! Well, that's not another app, but still.)
