Could someone tell me why the AL teams are wearing Home uniforms in an NL ballpark? Why did the NL bat first? Why is there a DH? And why is AL listed on the bottom on the TV score (which is usually the road team).

I've been (M)ad man for 30 years (including work in PR) and I teach executives how to give professional presentations. Appearance is paramount. So that's all I was gripin' about.
