The Yanks avoided getting swept with a win last night. Is it enough for them to come to their senses and realize they should still be sellers no matter what? With the conflicting egos in charge one never knows…

Sell. But if it's Miller or Betances, better get real value. Chapman goes as a rental, so don't expect much.
I'd love to keep Betances, but sure, sell off the good pieces to get genuine prospects. The Indians are looking to buy, I hear, and they surely have somebody we'd want in the farm system.
The Haagen Dazs dark chocolate & chocolate bars on the bottom right hand corner of the photo are insanely incredible. My daughter pronounces it Haygen Days : )
Since it's a made-up word, I guess she can pronounce it however she likes!
Everyone wants Dellin why not he is a stud. Don't do anything just lose Alex and Tex.?
Tigers need bullpen help and they just optioned Steven Moya, a young OF with some pop back to Toledo. Miller for Moya? Illitch is old and in a win now mood.
Moya also hits left.
Also contingent on moving Beltran.
Get it together Ivan
Yay-Rod!
Gawd, all that for one run?
Just tuned in. A bomb?
Yup. 420+ feet
Just a bit high and inside
Good lord.
I hope Nate is ready to throw three innings tonight.
Oh, so of course, three pitches later he's out of the inning!
Maybe he goes six... maybe.
Yes, 6 innings
Okay, impressive start. Too bad Ivan couldn't have been more efficient, but can't complain.
Some insurance would be nice
Boooooooooo!
Betances hits triple digits for the K.
Ugly.
Hah. Didn't matter.
There ya go. Dellin!
finally, this guy's outta the game...
Oh, jeez, an URP reliever. Own him
Oy, Ref
Ah. A play.
Just to be sure it stays a one-run game, I guess.
jesus, ref. why???
[4] Marketing brilliance. It's made in New Jersey.
[28] And invented and named by a Jew. (Who liked Denmark.)
At least Ref didn't screw that up
I think if Miller gets Trumbo, the Yanks are big favorites...
Dammit.
Oh fuck off, I am not posting comments too fast.
Bing-bang-bong!
Sweet.
Love the slow jogs to first. It's the Oriole's Way
[29] huh. i thought it was dutch.
i remember eating frusen gladje at shea stadium as a kid. i always thought it was frusen gladjen...
[1] I don't watch this team without Miller and Betances. It's bad enough A-Rod is platooning.
i love andrew miller. he and beli are my favorite yankees...
[35] So to a lot folks. Like I said, "marketing brilliance." The whole thing is a facade fueled by butter fat. It has more than any other leading brand.
Wow. Now, I'm late. SEE-YA!
Beltran increasing his trade value.
Hagen Daz sued Fruzen Gladje, for some kind of trademark infringement, but the court ruled that you can't trademark the general concept of nonsense pretend Scandinavian words.
True story!
mlb feed really slow and having loading issues, on both roku online.
[41] You can't? That's fradeezginin grunklin!
amazingly enough, i've actually eaten both haagen dazs and frusen gladje!
I'm gonna go get a Klondike right now! For the ninth.
One down
Yow.
Maybe Aroldis is just trying to intimidate.
105? Really?
Damn.
[45] never had one, but i did play the Klondike Bar back in 98/99. in Boone, NC by Appalachian State.
Phew, two down
oh, wow. the roku tv is waaaay behind. the mlb.tv on the computer is only way behind... : /
Sigh.
Maybe throw it 101 but in the strike zone? I dunno, just an idea.
Jeez, I'm old enough to remember when Nolan Ryan was in the Guiness Book at 100 mph.
[49] Put on the WFAN stream from mlb?
is it over?
Okay!
Theeeeeeee Yankees, WIN!
Three down!
Interesting that the bat hit the ball twice.
I was listening to John for the end. He has absolutely no idea what the rule is, in case the broken bat hits the batted ball.
Really? How long have you been doing this?
FYI, the rules is 6.05(h), and it's just a live ball. A whole tossed bat striking the ball would be batter's interference, but not a broken piece.
