Assuming this shuts him down for this season and most of next season, he effectively has one guaranteed season left to pitch with the Yanks, not counting the club option. Glad it's not my money, but damn. Regardless of whether or not it has anything to do with it, I really hope the new approach to strength and conditioning changes the feeling of inevitability across the whole organization.

I'm sticking with my mantra, none of this is surprising to say the least and it will be a while before we see any changes or possible benefits to those changes.
