Assuming this shuts him down for this season and most of next season, he effectively has one guaranteed season left to pitch with the Yanks, not counting the club option. Glad it's not my money, but damn. Regardless of whether or not it has anything to do with it, I really hope the new approach to strength and conditioning changes the feeling of inevitability across the whole organization.

Well, no one said this would be a boring season for the Yanks, that's for sure. I bet Cashman thinks he might be jinxing these guys by giving them extensions before their walk years...

I’m betting next ASB. Think of it as a mid season acquisition.

[0] 泣く。。。 I'm glad Sevi signed that $40million deal when he did for the security.

[3] Yes, totally agree!

[0] It's really sad but yes. As soon as I heard "forearm" I thought, here we go...

I've said this like five times today, and I still can't believe I'm saying it, but thank God they held on to Happ.

It's incomprehensible that they didn't have sorted this out in the off season. Apparently, all he need was one more test, the dye-injected MRI.

Anyway, don't sleep on Judge's shoulder. That's the next shoe. [knocks wood]

My brother-in-law (a doctor by trade) is always telling me "medecine is an art, not a science." I think we need a couple of artists on the medical staff.

Next question: who the heck rounds out the rotation? Yeah, there are a bunch of Lasagnas and such, but I'd hate to see the Yanks get off to a terrible start until Pax and Germane return.

Grade 1 calf strain for Stanton. Jeebus

[7] Good thing they didn't give anything substantial up for Stanton in the trade cause it's looking like slim returns so far..

[6] My primary doctor used to be located in a placed named "Medical Arts Building", which I always thought was kinda cool.

I'm sticking with my mantra, none of this is surprising to say the least and it will be a while before we see any changes or possible benefits to those changes. More guys are likely going to get hurt before they possibly stop getting hurt as much. A good place to start is by looking at the guys who aren't getting injured as much and looking at what they do to see if there;s any correlation whatsoever.

[8] [sigh] Shades of The American Idle. Calves are very tricky to heal and easy to re-injure

At least there's room for all three of Ford, Andujar and Tauchman now. Maybe Red Menace, too?

[10] I'd be willing to put money down on at least three of those guys not surviving 50 games this year. Might be time to look for more Luke Voits to poach.

Good game today, and no one got hurt.

German involved in an auto accident. He’s ok but still this ST has the Yankees in vintage 2019 form.
