Have you ever seen C.C. Sabathia as hot as he was yesterday at the end of the 6th inning? He was in the right to be pissed and his ejection was entertaining. So was the rest of the game, apart from the first inning when Mike Trout and Albert Pujols hit solo home runs against Sabathia. The Yanks hit three long balls of their own–Chris Young, Brett Gardner, Jose Pirela–and sailed to a 6-2 win and a series sweep.

Glad to see the big fella calling out the ump on a lousy strike zone.
[0] Nice!!
My co-worker and friend is a very sweet mild-mannered guy and grew up an Angels fan.
I just walked in his office and asked if I could borrow a broom. He looked at my quizically and said, No, why? And I said, "I'll borrow it from the Yankees then, because they just swept your Angels baby!
How sweep it is!
It looked like BP CC in the first, but Beltran's throw to 2nd and catchting Trout ahead of Aybar's touching home was a great play and also turned the momentum.
Didi and Headly again made errors and I am wondering when these guys are going to start clicking defesnively, because they certainly have the tools to do so.
My biggest concern is the starting pitching and offense. If ARod, Tex and Beltran make it through the year without a significant injury, I will be very surprised. Although Young and Joned have been ok in limited play. Young just hit a dinger after a cold spell and Jones had a big fly the other night that was awesome.
I just keep shaking my head with Tanaka and thinking that he is going to break my heart and have TJ surgery after every start.
Lets go Yang-Keys!!!
