The property management company has been putting band aids on this faulty crapper for years and they're grilling us about what we did to make it happen. Sheesh.

I once had an apartment that flooded a lot. Their solution was drain cleaner. They should have gotten a clue the 3rd time it wasn't a clogged drain, but more likely roots in the pipes. Property manager was sheepish when I gave notice.
