Man, I was in New Mexico for New Year's last year and DAMN, Carne Adobada is some tasty, tasty stuff.

They versions I had there used pozole, unlike this recipe, but I'm sure it's worth a shot.

[1] Doh, I mean they use hominy (not pozole, hominy is in pozole).
