Sure, there can be problems on the train. If you live uptown, service can be sketchy on the weekends. But it’s incredible to me that the trains run as well as they do.

The 1,2,and 3 trains are my favorites. Weekends are anybody's bet.
I live close to the last stops of the 2 or 5; I have to get on before 6am or after 9:30am to get a seat. Used to love the subway when it was my best option, now not nearly so much. The trains are a myth on a weekend.
