Bring it Back

Summer’s Over. Back to work, back to school. Tense baseball games.

We should all have such problems.

This is my favorite time of summer, which technically lasts until the Equinox.

While we are depressed about the Yankees, why don't we divert our negative energy by sounding off about Posnanski's "Paterno."

No report, comments? Or maybe I missed the post. I just read a scathing review in Slate and a much kinder, but nonplussed one in the NY Times.

Thoughts?

I was enjoying the summer until the Yankees started to mess up and I hit the classroom this week. High levels of ignorance of the average undergraduate is downright scary and makes me despair for the future.

Pedophile enablers make me physically ill so I am not even borrowing that Paterno book from the library which I did with Canseco's book. To this day, I will never understand how so many of the sports media and fans could dismiss Canseco's steroid accusations which totally rang true to me when reading the book.

[3] Currently, I am teaching general undergraduate public health courses. I was so excited planning for this semester, now I want to stick hot pokers in my eyes. Gah!
