this looks good. i made a tomato galette the other day that turned out nicely - might take some elements from this recipe to give it a twist.
hopefully have nice tomatoes for another few weeks or so.

I think there still should be tomatoes for a few weeks, baring some unforeseen chill. I know my mom up in Vermont is overwhelmed by the produce in her garden right now.
